Every subscription includes a 12-month commitment, paid monthly or in one go. With annual payment in advance, 2 months free: €90 excl. VAT per year for Basic, €190 excl. VAT per year for Essential+, €590 excl. VAT per year for Commerce. After the 12 months, the monthly subscription continues month by month and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice before a renewal date.
The trial website remains a preview hosted on our platform. Putting your production website online and setting up your domain name are done with us once the plan is agreed.

Is the trial really free?
Yes. You can create and view your preview without paying. Putting the production website online is a separate step.
What address will my preview have?
It will be visible on Oenolosite at an address such as oenolosite.com/domaines/your-winery. It is not yet your own domain name.
What happens after it is created?
We get back in touch to find out whether you want to continue and to answer your questions about going online.
How much does going online cost?
The launch fees are €199 excl. VAT for Basic and Essential+ and €299 excl. VAT for Commerce. Basic costs €9 excl. VAT per month, Essential+ €19 excl. VAT per month and Commerce €59 excl. VAT per month. With annual payment in advance, the prices are €90 excl. VAT, €190 excl. VAT and €590 excl. VAT per year. Your own domain name costs €5 excl. VAT per month on Basic and Essential+ and is included with Commerce; buying and renewing it remain your responsibility with the registrar. Prices exclude VAT, which is added on top.
Will I be able to edit my website myself?
Yes, with Essential+ and Commerce: you edit your website from your account, see your changes before publishing them, then publish them yourself. With Basic, you send us your requests and we take care of them.
Can I sell my wines online?
Yes, with the Commerce plan: your prices are displayed and your customers order on your website. They pay by card to your own Stripe account, by bank transfer or on collection, with no commission from us on your sales. You offer home delivery, pick-up point delivery or collection at the winery.
Can I offer visits and bookings?
Yes, with the Wine Tourism Booking option, on every plan for €19 excl. VAT per month: visits, tastings and activities at the winery, with online booking, online or on-site payment, and no commission per ticket. Keeping your current website? The module plugs into it at the same price.
Can my website be in English?
Yes. Each additional language costs €49 excl. VAT, one-off, to set it up. The first additional language is included in Premium. You supply the translated texts (we can also translate them on quote).
How do the commitment and cancellation work?
Every subscription includes a 12-month commitment, paid monthly or by annual payment in advance. Annual payment in advance gives you 2 months free. After the 12 months, the monthly subscription continues month by month and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice before a renewal date; the annual subscription renews every year unless cancelled at least 30 days before it ends. An annual payment that has begun is not refunded pro rata.
How do I get the addresses signed up to the newsletter?
With Essential+, you export the list of people who have given their consent from your account. With Basic, you can ask for a CSV file free of charge; we send it to you within five working days. Sending campaigns is not included in the showcase plans.
