Frequently asked questions
I’m keeping my current website: is that possible?
Yes. Booking can be added to any website, not only Oenolosite websites, with no redesign, for €19 excl. VAT per month. With an Oenolosite website, it is included in Premium and an option on the other plans.
Who collects the ticket money?
You do. Online payments go into your own account, and you collect on-site payments yourself. You also refund yourself, from your account or on site.
How does the set-up work?
Write to us: we prepare your visits and dates with you, plug booking into your website and show you how to check your visitors in. Prices shown exclude VAT.
